The Wig Spa Drop Off service offers a convenient and innovative way to have your wig unit serviced.

**Selecting Specifications and Payment:**

After selecting the desired specifications for your wig preparation, you will be prompted to pay the minimal drop-off fee. Payment can be made at the time of drop-off or upon redemption of your wig.

A code will be provided for entry into the locker, which will be the same code used for pick-up upon completion.

**Turnaround Times:**

*Classic Service : Same Day

*Platinum Detox Service:* 24 hours

*Diamond Service:* 24-48 hours

• Weekend and holiday hours may impact turnaround times.
• Services are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
  Basic preps are guaranteed for same-day pick-up.

*Basic Pluck & Part:* Lifting knots, plucking, parting, and light styling 

*Platinum:* Includes detox shampoo, conditioning, plucking, parting, and styling 

*Diamond:* Includes detox shampoo, conditioning, extensive plucking, color, and celebrity styling

Add-ons are optional and must be paid upfront before services are rendered.
